Waist 15” (has drawstring, an elastic. Hips are 19”, length is 16”.😎

@seababe thank you so much for the measurements. The hips are a little bigger than id like, but I love the lighter blue and the looser waist. Im trying to decide between yours & one other. I may get both! I would like to check out your closet to see what else I might find! Thanks again for your help!
