Vintage mother of pearl Abalone fan necklace with matching fan drop earrings. Lightweight and iridescent pieces add subtle shine to any outfit. The outer sections of the fan shape still have the rainbow coloured outer layers of the shell and then the inner section has been paired back to show the pearly white 'Mother Of Pearl' effect. There is natural variation on the coloured part of the shell, having some small marks and indentations as it is the natural surface of the shell. The setting is lovely, with sterling silver. The clasp is adjustable ornate S hook. The central Mother of Pearl Section measures 55mm wide (across) and 200mm deep (up and down) at the middle. The necklace is adjustable to two lengths, the longer is 47cm, the shorter is 37cm. This piece is aged over time with some natural changes. No box as is. All reasonable offers accepted.
