Handmade Indian Skirt | size M/L

This is a really lovely turquoise skirt. Handmade for sure. Drawstring waist Fully lined. Measurements Waist fully extended is 20" across but is photographed on someone with 29" total waist measurement so it can be drawn and tied to a small size. Waist to hem 36" Feels like silk fabric (cotton lining) but as there is no tag I can't confirm. My daughter is a fashion designer and she concurs it feels like silk. Nice to buy for the fabric alone if you want to remake it into something else like a top or a bag.
