Super cute and fun Betsey dress! Black layered tulle with side zipper.
Dress is true to size XL in bust, hip, and leg but very short.
I bought for a photo shoot, and tried it on once but it was way too short. I’m 5’ 8” and have a full hip/bottom - this dress didn’t even come close to fully covering me.
