@mmekosh Hello! What’s the waist and length of skirt measurements? Is this skirt wash & hang dry OR dry clean only? Thank you.

Lying flat, the waist measurement is 16.5 inches and length is 17.5 inches. Tag says dry clean, but I have washed it on a gentle cycle with cold water and hang dried, and it still looks good as new.
