Vintage 1990s Rue del la Paix Boutique blue watercolor/tie dye look prom gown. Maxi length slip dress. Sleeveless, strappy back. Lined. Dress is in good condition with a handful of small holes at back of dress. Please see photo. Print is difficult to see, but dress isn't solid blue.
