This is a NWOT RAILS Ashlyn midi dress in white linen blend fabric with smocked elastic waist, tie neck, and lace details. Skirt is lined, top half is not. Tags removed, but unworn because I seems to run slightly smaller than my other dresses from this brand, so please check measurements before purchasing.
