Old carved wood desk top cup holder. Looks like Black Forest but likely American. May have had an insert /glass, see pics. Dog attaches with a dowel, intentional so it can be moved. Vintage early 20th century. Original dark finish with edge wear. Glass eyes. No damage or repair. Base 7" x3.25, height 5". Charming authentic piece.
