NWT Lee Andersen “Pastiche” Lace Sleeve Embellished Pullover size 1X

This Lee Andersen top has it all—lace, embroidery, beads, sequins! Features lace sleeves and central multicolor panel with peacock coloration. Brand new. Some sequins are hanging/dangling but this appears to be how it is made. I’m uncertain what the notation on the tag of “no zipper” means. Approximate measurements: PTP 20.5” stretches to 25” Length 25.5”
