@stacysdog hey love, these are 100% viscose with 100% COTTON binding (not sure what that means but what the tag says). The bells you also inquired about, I have no clue. The fabric content tag seems to have never been sewn in. I got them from a tiny hippie shop outside of lake Tahoe years ago
