bluemoonunder@cristyarc7 Yes, it absolutely does! 😊 I posted an additional picture in the listing (last photo) showing it as a shoulder bag. What I like about the detachable strap is that it can be interchangeable with a completely different shoulder strap - like a guitar strap for handbags, which come in great designs ( like floral, leopard print, or solid) or a silver link chain strap, which would give it a dressier look! 😊
