Women's Neiman Marcus royal blue midi dress. Great condition but missing care tag. My guess that it is polyester and a silky polyester lining. There is a small snag on right side by knee (see picture). Measurements are 17 1/2" from armpit to armpit, 40" from shoulder to hem, and 30" from armpit to hem.
