New without tags purchased from Anthropologie I can’t remember which dress this is but I’m pretty sure it’s the Bennett without the cape. Cape is NOT included. I cut the tags but left the straps that came with it. You can add straps to the dress if you don’t like the strapless look! Please review the size chart to ensure the dress will fit.
