The cotton is certified by Organic Cotton Standard which ensures that it has been grown solely in organic farms that take care of the soil, ecosystem and people by relying on biodiversity and local natural cycles. Our hemp fibres come from China. Hemp has similar properties to linen, it is very strong and softens through washing. It is natural, breathable, absorbs moisture and dye easily, has anti-bacterial properties, is an effective insulator keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter. Hemp is a fast and efficiently growing fibre that requires almost no fertilisers and pesticides and very little water. Often called super fibre hemp is great for the environment and is extremely durable. The fabric will continue to soften each time you wash it.
