I’ve done the three button test with this watch and it states the module to be 5590 and not 5611 as it should be. The case back is etched well so I do not believe it to be a total fake but I suspect some sort Frankenstein G shock GA-2100. It is Running well and keeps accurate time as a digital quartz watch should. It comes with one black CasiOak bracelet installed and I have an extra CasiOAK black bracelet and case I’ll include with this purchase for extra links if needed also comes with tool for removing and adding links. In amazing shape worn only a few times just couldn’t get it to feel just right on my wrist. I believe it’s around a 44mm but doesn’t feel like it wears large.
