Cotton poplin smocked dress with shoulder ties. The color is beautiful but it’s not that flattering on me. This has been hanging in my closet unworn and I’m looking to make room for something new. I believe I wore this once briefly. Never laundered. Like new but no tags. Size large is generous due to the elastic waist.
