Vintage salvage tunic top-XS. Is hooded and bottom has a a thick almost knitted like material, the rest of the top is very thin material. Also has river detail on shoulder. I wore with leggings and a tank top underneath. Purchased at neiman Marcus years ago, still has lots of life left. Retailed for $70.
