VINTAGE 50S COCKTAIL DRESS XS black lace fit flare party special occasion retro

CONDITION: What a stunning piece! Black lace cocktail dress from Marsal Park Avenue, most likely in the '50s era. Overall in great vintage shape. Some tears in the lace, see photos above. No materials or size listed. Should fit like a modern day Extra Small, see measurements below for fit. The top of the dress is probably silk lined, gorgeous fabric. Otherwise it's lace, tulle with the skirt lined with what feels like acetate.
