This super feminine dress has a flirty ruffled flared skirt and a smocked stretch waist. The dress has a snap closure with a zipper down the back. The neckline is round and the 3/4 sleeves are elasticized with a ruffle finish. The dress measures 42” long, 21” pit to pit, and the elasticized waist stretches to 32”. Worn only a couple of times, in perfect condition.
