Solar-powered rainbow maker. Suctions onto window, sun hits the mini solar panel, and it powers the bottom crystal to spin in place and refract sunlight, making dancing rainbows in your room. Rainbow-colored gears are a bit faded from sunlight over time, metal clasp holding crystal is a bit tarnished, and crystal has a few minor dings/wear as pictured. But is still works great! Solar panel is adjustable so you can position it at a good angle to catch sunlight. Crystal is detachable. It does make a slight grinding/whirring noise when it spins but this is normal; it always did that even when it was brand new.
