I accidentally dropped them from standing height. Also, second confession, I am not that tall. I'm 4'11 on a good day. HA! So I have had a couple questions regarding the settings- I can see that they appear to be "flimsy", they are not. I mean they ARE delicate, honestly, I would wear this piece on 'special occasion' times. But otherwise, solid (gold too) and very striking. These Opals are PRIMO as they say. Is that what they say? Gemstones: Natural Ethiopian Chalama Black Forest Opal (Cabochon, round top and flat base. Not triplet or doublet. Full Opal). Approx 1.18ctw and 5mm round. Stamped: 14K with maker's mark on posts and butterfly (Pushback) backings. Weight: Perfect, lightly weight 0.40g. Delicate but can be worn often with care. Condition: Excellent, but stored.
