Antonio Melani blouse. V-neck with neck tie. Has side zip. 97% silk, 3% spandex. FLAT measurements: Approx 16 " armpit to armpit, length is approx 23 3/4 " from top shoulder seam to bottom of hem, the bodice where the seam is under the bust is approx 14 1/4" and a little further down where the general waist area is, that's approx 15". I purchased new at Dillards and only wore it a few times. It's in excellent condition, no stains or rips.

It's a bit difficult to say because it depends on your height and where your waistline is. The seam you see just under the bust is not the waist - that area measures approx 14 1/4" across (flat). I measured down from there where the waist area generally is and that measures 15". I just added 2 more photos showing this.
