Top section buttons with a button placket cover except on top button & bottom section is open. Sleeve has a D-ring cinch adjuster with a smocking detail under that . Foldover collar. Great used condition but there are two lighter toned spots on front near pocket to check out in last pic. My camera had some issues getting the color right, best color representation is of first photo. Is in a lovely warm brown hue.
