Some of the areas on the dress are velvet while others are mesh and slightly see-through. One of the pictures I put tattoo bomb behind so you can see that it’s barely readable. I would say that it is not largely see-through at all as the mesh is very tightly woven and pretty dark. Beautiful condition very soft, breathable and comfortable. The material is quite stretchy giving up to 4 to 5 inches. Otherwise, it is loose and drapes the body. Flat measurements are; Bust 15 inches Waist 17 inches Hips 24 inches length from neck line to bottom 45 inches. I am 5’2 and it hits about ankle.
