Hi! I am a fiber artist and am wondering if this skirt was over dyed or if some sort of color remover (like bleach) was used on it. It doesn’t look like a typical XCVI tie-dye pattern so that’s why I’m asking. I am in no way being disrespectful—I am just thinking about doing even more to it!😊 Thanks for your response!
