Antique Unique Asian Pink Coral Dragon Pendant

This unique pendant was purchased as an antique in about 2010. I was told it was from India, however it looks more Chinese to me. Real reddish coral. It looks like the silver setting was added to the carved coral at a later date. Very unique. 1.5” x 2”
