Vintage M&M Designs Florida Clip-On Earrings Elevate your collection with these hand-wired couture earrings by Mark Mercy...you will see a resemblance of Mark Mercy’s work to that made by Stanley Hagler, this is because he joined Hagler in 1979 and made pieces for that brand. In 1996 when Hagler died, Mercy continued to design jewellery under the Hagler brand. At this time he founded M & M Designs Florida, creating custom pieces, under his own label. These exquisite statement pieces feature a lush "café au lait" pearlized cabochon framed by intricate layers of hand-applied seed pearls and shimmering Swarovski rhinestones.
