I have never worn this dress, it was purchased at a consignment sale where they sell bridesmaids, mob and going out outfits. I believe you can review the photos and zoom in on the dress to see the detail of the flowers. I’m a wedding planner and have seen literal gowns in this style, this version being short is a good option for birthdays. But I would argue that this is a nice enough dress that you can literally wear it to church, a wedding, even a dinner out.

I can tell you confidently that it hasn’t been altered. I have been sewing since I was 13 - 42 now lol. There are no signs of it being altered - I would be able to tell because the inside would have a different serge pattern from the original. I did provide measurements so that you can measure yourself before buying it to see if it would fit you. Truly, I have pretty high standards for the items I list and am very transparent about flaws or alterations.
