New Smak Parlour cotton tulip crop top new without tag. This is cute top makes a nice addition to your spring and summer wardrobe. Made from cotton, it will keep you feeling cool during the hot days. The Top has smocking all around for extra stretch, and lovely puffy sleeves. Pair it with shorts, jeans or a skirt. Top can fit from a size L - XL. I never came around to wearing the top other than trying it on for fit. I did remove the tag. It's no longer a top style I like to wear so parting with it for someone else to enjoy.
