Beautiful color, with plenty of inside pockets including zippered middle pocket and it DOES have a strap! I have never used this, it still has original packaging on the handles. It's a nice Spring/Summer bag!

@nancybard695 Bottom of bag: 5 1/4" wide, 12" long. Height: 9" with handles it measures 13 1/2", plus there is a strap inside. I want to let you know that there is a slight 'fold' on the front. It doesn't bother me, and there is a small 'air bag' inside to encourage the material to come back. Just wanted to let you know...hope this helps!
