Vintage 70's Golden & velvet halter‎ dress

The only thing you can say about this dress is fabulous. Very good vintage condition. It is a burgundy velvet top with black undertones on top. Sumptuous golden bottom. The elastic in the back stretches nicely still. 16" under the arms which maybe a little bit larger because of the darting. This will fit larger as it stretches Waist measured underneath the velvet part at 15". Approximate length 33" depending on where you start from the halter.
