This is a sweet seersucker jacket/ blazer from the Judith Hart Collection. It is striped with a light blue, white and either a dark navy or black (hard to tell). The front has a 2 button closure & 2 hip pockets. It has 3/4 sleeves. The back has a tab with 2 buttons and a vent. This jacket is so versatile, it can be casual or work easily.
