samstylesnycHas the tags on it but the clasp on one side is stuck. Dress is still functional because the clasp on the opposite side works!

samstylesnyc@lauraanez Never worn so no signs of wear, but the tags were taken off and the hangers straps cut. One of the clasps for the straps is stuck of the other side works so the dress is still functional. Will add pictures of the clasp that is stuck.
