Loft black & White pinstripe Blouse with flutter short sleeves (small/Petite)

This is a loft, black and white pinstripe blouse with a ruffle flutter sleeve. There are four buttons down each side of the sleeve. It is light weight, thin material, not really sheer, but when you place something underneath the outline may show if you wear a bra or a tank top it is gently used smoke free, pet friendly home no rips, snags or tears overall great condition.
