Torrid black and white polka dot sleeveless midi dress. This dress has decoratice buttons on the bodice, an elastic waist and comes with a detachable waist tie sash, and pockets. Size 1X. PTP is approximately 21.5 inches, the waist is approximately 17 inches but is elastic, and the length is approximately 46 inches. Good pre-owned condition. There is a spot near the collar that looks like fabric came loose from the seam and unraveled but looks like it could be sewn back down. There is an imperfection in the fabric towards the bottom hem. The black has faded a bit but no stains, holes, tears, or pilling. Please see photos. The fabric is 100% rayon.
