It was sold to me as NWTS, however, the tag arrived unattached and I also can’t sell this as “new”. While it still has wrapping on the zipper, tags are not attached and there are a few flaws. There is one faint snag across the chest. One faint mark which will likely come out with some washing, and one more pronounced makeup stain which faces inside, so can’t be seen while worn. *I had my almost 13 year old model this for me as I can’t get it done up. This dress would be best suited for a teenager or very tiny woman. As mentioned, it would make a great prom, grad, senior formal dress.
