Vintage ‘97 hand colored and pleated, signed and dated by artist - shimmery green poly skirt and top. Lightweight pleated skirt set in sage green with a relaxed V-neck top and flowing midi skirt. Easy, breathable fabric offers comfortable movement and a polished silhouette. Versatile styling for day or evening wear. Size is probably a size 16-18 ( see measurements). Excellent condition, rarely worn. Perfect example of the oversized fashions of the latter 1990’s.
