VINTAGE style summer dress in blue,white and black striped stretch fabric

Retro style drop waist summer dress. Lettuce edge straps. Stretch fabric. Nautical 70s inspired blue striped fabric. Midi length. Handmade. In very good preloved condition. The straps may have stretched out a bit. Size small. Photographed on a size 2 mannequin. Please refer to photos for measurements. Two photos each for bust, waist and hip.
