I've sold four Bronx&Banco Madeline gowns across different colors and sizes, totaling over $4,500 in sales. Every single one was listed as NWOT, and every single one successfully passed Poshmark's physical authentication.

samanthaawu@erind2349 Suggesting that I somehow wore four different Madeline gowns in multiple sizes, or that they were somehow all inauthentic, is entirely speculative and frankly uncalled for. Authenticity is determined by the garment itself, not by the presence or absence of a removable retail return tag. Suggesting otherwise reflects a misunderstanding of how both luxury resale and professional authentication actually work.

One final question, the picture of the model shows the feathers being “fluffed” but I’ve seen pictures of the same dress in blue and you can see like a ribbon like line and the feathers going down (not sure if I’m making sense). Would you mind posting a pic of the front of the dress hanging? So I can see how they look. Thank you

samanthaawu@erind2349 Hi there - the gown is never worn. As mentioned in the listing, the gown would be in NWOT - New Without Tags condition. There wouldn’t be yellow tags attached to the exterior of the gown.

samanthaawu@amaniemiller It’s a halterneck style designed for a loose fit & meant to drape on your body so it’s very forgiving in fit. I personally tried on both the XS & S, I found them extremely similar fit wise - just the back & the train of S sits 1” longer than the XS. Hope this helps.

samanthaawu@malliemct I’m a professional reseller, all items listed in my closet are 100% authentic. Since this is a Poshmark authentication order - over $500 - the gown will be physically authenticated at Poshmark HQ.

samanthaawu@malliemct They are extremely similar in fit - just the back would sit a bit lower in larger sizes. To give you the best reference - please check the listing I had for the Blue Madeline gown, in the try on video I was 33-23-36, wearing an XS, you could see the back sits lower on me than the white one. The White Madeline gown, I was still wearing an XS, but my measurements became 36”-28”-38”, the gown sits higher in the back.

samanthaawu@malliemct The gown is designed for a loose fit and drape into your body, so basically the only difference in sizes is where the open back sits, and eventually the train sits on the floor. If you go with a smaller size, the back’d be slightly higher and train slightly shorter; and vice versa.

erind2349@samanthaawu hi - all bronx and banco gowns come with a large yellow tag that says do not remove — does this dress have that yellow tag? if not then it has been worn in some capacity or is not authentic.

It no longer has the original yellow security tag, which is why it is not listed as NWT. The gown has never been represented as brand new with attached retail tags. Please feel free to purchase only if you're comfortable with the listing description.

samanthaawu@erind2349 The absence of the original Bronx & Banco return/security tag does not determine authenticity, nor does it mean the gown has been worn beyond what is disclosed in the listing. As stated, both XSs I own in my inventory are NWOT and are priced accordingly. The gown would sell for over Poshmark's authentication threshold, which is $500, it will be professionally authenticated by Poshmark prior to delivery. Please refrain from making unsupported statements regarding authenticity.
