Urban Outfitters Black Cropped Zip Blouse

Lightweight cropped blouse with a front zip. Short dolman sleeves and a relaxed fit. Slight ruffle hem for a feminine finish. Easy to dress up or down. There is a small snag on the back (see image) but this is practically brand new and has never been worn.
