Royal Copenhagen Blue Fluted Full Lace Porcelain Teapot with Lid. Handmade and Handpainted. Originally 1,275.00. This teapot and lid are in mint condition. It was found in an Estate Sale in Garden City, New York. Designed by Arnold Krog for Royal Copenhagen. It is a stunning masterpiece of handmade details. Sure to make a bougie impression on any table with an intricate pattern of lace, floral elements and fish scale decorations. The laced border of the teapot frames the lid in an organic style, complimenting the edges body of the teapot. The handle and spout are supported by face shaped decorations called grotesques, and the top of the lid is adorned with a snail shell. The epitome of porcelain craftsmanship! The open-work lace border of the collection is carefully created, with each individual piercing in the lace delicately made by hand and afterwards, hand-painted with a classic pattern. Measures 5.7 inches wide x 8.6 inches in length x 7.8 inches in height. Holds 1000 ml in volume. Includes lots of bubble wrap for a safe transport to its new home.
