Dress tag is size 8 but I’m a size 4 in regular clothing. I’m 5’2, 110 lbs and I wanted it to fit a little loose. I had a seamstress add breast pads because I have small breasts. She stitched them in very loosely so they could be easily removed. She hemmed the dress to accommodate my 3 inch block heels (no platform) and she added a French bustle. I can’t remember if she took the straps up but it’s a possibility. Dress was taken to the cleaners but there are still a few little spots that I captured in the photos.
