Tagged a Size: L, but best for a Small to medium Pit to pit 15.5-17” Waist at smallest is 11.5 and can stretch to 14” Top on mannequin had a tight fit, that is why I believe top best for a Small Top can stretch a little bit based on where the belt buckle is.
