So pretty! In great condition, this smocked chambray dress works as a tunic over leggings too. The embroidery is lovely. Size Medium but use measurements taken flat: armpit to armpit is 19 inches, total length is 35 inches. Feels like 💯 cotton, but there is no fabric tag.
