Louis Garneau Full Zip Cycling Windbreaker Jacket Mens Large Vintage??

Louis Garneau cycling jacket men's size large. This is in the 90's-Y2K style.....I'm not sure of the age. Jacket has 2 front zip pockets & a back zip pouch with reflective stripes. The front of the jacket is lined. 2 very faint red spots as shown in picture. Armpit to armpit is 23 shoulder to bottom is 27 in the front 31 at the back shoulder to wrist is 24. In great condition.
