Vintage Celine Noevir Skincare Janpan Exclusive Tote Bag Purse

This vintage navy blue canvas tote is a limited edition Celine handbag produced for Noevir skincare in Japan. The bag is in great condition it does have a flaw it seems like the bag has weight inside the inner lining of what appears to be possibly the lining.on the inside in between the outer and inner layer. It could be taken to a cobbler for removal or left as is. I am open to offers. It features the signature Celine monogram canvas pattern and black leather handles. The bag can be used as a large tote or folded over to function as a clutch. It includes a spacious interior with a dark material lining and a zip pocket.
