Anime style kawaii cute red and black tartan plaid pleated skirt. Has under slip built-in with laser cut felt lace trim. Has four built loops for a slim belt or chain loops. Two in front and two in back. Side zipper closure. Has no wash tag but would recommend machine wash gentle cycle lay flat to dry low iron, or steamer on pleats if needed.
