Whiting & Davis Vintage 1940’s Gate Frame Victorian Wristlet Bag Pouch

Excellent used condition considering the age of the bag Length: 5.5", Width: 4.5", Full open outside gate across center: 5.25", Chain/strap length: 10" 
Amazing condition there is some marking/rubbing on gold cap to bag, mostly around the rim. Please look closely at all of the photos as they accurately depict the condition! The advertisement that I have attached was from 1948, this bag is most likely from somewhere between the 1940’s-1960’s
