The Vermont business was started in the 70s and appears to be out of business now. There was a lawsuit about the trademark back in the mid 2000s. Black Diamond Vermont held the original copyright for their brand. I do not know the outcome of that. Drawstring waist with toggle. Large chest pocket. Front quarter zip. Elastic drawstring in hood.
