Flapper-era, small, chain mail purse. I've had these purses in the past and they were usually made by Whiting & Davis Co. This particular one is unmarked. Unlined, zigzag hem, made out of metal - most likely brass. Canadian made.
Measures approx. 7.25" x 4.5" at widest point.
Condition: Unlinked in a couple of parts at edge of clasp, as per pic. Can be reinforced by sewing it up. Doesn't affect function of purse. Vintage pieces are sold as-is.

@gessieboy You can refer to the measurements, idk what kind of phone you have, but personally, I wouldn't use it to hold a phone. Mesh is fine and phones are heavy. So best for cards, a tube of lipstick, & whatever a flapper would carry on a night out.
